ART AT THE KKL LUZERN
On the fourth floor of the KKL Luzern, an area of 2000 square metres is given over to the Museum of Art Lucerne and its collection of contemporary art. With its temporary exhibitions of national and international artists, it is regarded as one of the most important museums in Switzerland.The Museum of Art Lucerne is always worth a visit, thanks to its constantly changing exhibitions. Jean Nouvel’s architecture gives the national and international exhibitions enough room to work their magic. The intention was to prioritise the art and so it was for this reason that the design of the space is intentionally neutral. In this context, Nouvel speaks of the “nudité des espaces” (nudity of space).

Your event at the Café in the Museum of Art Lucerne
The Café at the Museum of Art Lucerne can be rented exclusively outside regular opening hours for private events for 15 to 50 people. Be it before or after a concert, for company aperitifs or your special hospitality event.
The café was designed by Urs Lüthi, an internationally renowned artist with local roots. The elegant wooden interior offers a beautiful atmosphere with a great view over the lake.
Room Rental
Minimum 2 hours at CHF 400.–
Half day (up to 5 hours) at CHF 900.–
Full day (up to 10 hours) at CHF 1'500.–
